If you're not satisfied with DenseReader Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans receive a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you can cancel renewal but the current term is non-refundable.

How to Request

• Email: [email protected] — include your license key (starts with DR-PRO-)
• Stripe Portal: Open DenseReader → Settings → License → Manage Subscription → Cancel (refund processed automatically for eligible plans)

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. You'll receive confirmation via email. The refund goes back to the original payment method.

What Happens After Refund

Your Pro features are downgraded to Free tier immediately. Your license key is deactivated. Any summaries already generated remain accessible. You can re-upgrade anytime.
